Job Creation
We need to get Americans back to work. The President and his liberal allies in Congress have pursued a heavy spending, completely ineffective job creation program. Jobs aren’t created by the government throwing money around, they are created through investment.
History has clearly demonstrated that tax cuts and investment incentives create jobs. I look forward to continuing my advocacy for job creation policies which:
- Do not punish job creators for their success by raising their taxes.
- Encourage the free market through wide-ranging investment incentives for American businesses, rather than allowing administration to hand-pick winners and losers.
- Do not penalize unemployed Americans for entering career re-training programs which give them a chance at a more prosperous future and more opportunities to work.
- Oppose card-check, which would invariably lead to intimidation of employees and damage both employers and their workers.
